To provide better and accurate information to pilgrims and devotees, the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu (BMSN) launched its Quick Response (QR) code markers last Friday, August 23, 2019.

These QR code markers will give people an easier guide as they visit one of the country’s National Historical Landmark.

The markers are placed at three of the important historical sites within the Basilica namely: BMSN church, Magellan’s cross, and BMSN museum.

This project is made possible in partnership with Smart Communications and InnoPub.

Moreover, the activity is in line to the upcoming commemoration of the fifth centenary of the arrival of the image of Sto. Niño de Cebu where BMSN plays a big role being the home of the Holy Child’s image.
