In 2018, the Children and Adults in a Multitude of Play (CHAMP's) Therapy Centre partnered with the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño de Cebu to conduct physical therapy rehabilitation programs at the BMSN Medical Clinic.

CHAMP's is a duly recognized educational/ rehabilitation institution by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and follows a community-based rehabilitation approach.

Their services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation.

On July 29, 2022, the two institutions renewed their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The free conduct of the rehabilitation programs will be good for one year and renewable.

To avail of the free services, the patient must bring a doctor's referral anytime every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at the BMSN Medical Clinic or CHAMP's. Sessions are also held on these days.
