Starting January 4, 2019, the pilgrim image of Señor Sto. Niño will visit four hospitals and the Cebu City Jail as part of the preliminary activities for the Fiesta Señor 2019.

The purpose of this visit is to reach out to the devotees who can’t visit to the Basilica to pay homage to the Holy Child in the annual fiesta.

Councilor Dave Tumulak, chairman of the Sinulog Foundation Inc., is spearheading this activity in collaboration with the Augustinian friars of the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu.
